1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reimorph image to image AI editing service, including the website at https://reimorph.com (the "Service"). Reimorph is operated by an individual under the Reimorph brand, not an incorporated company ("we", "us", "our"). Operator and legal enquiries can be sent to support@reimorph.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and (c) you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Reimorph is a software-as-a-service platform for AI-assisted image editing. You upload one or more reference images, describe a change in natural language, and the Service generates an edited version of your image using third-party AI models (including models provided by Google, xAI, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, and Alibaba, accessed through our model providers). Credits purchased through plans or packs are consumed per generated image, at rates that depend on the model, resolution, and options you select and that are displayed before each generation.

The Service delivers digital content immediately upon generation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Account Registration

To generate images and purchase credits, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) all activities that occur under your account; and (c) promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach at support@reimorph.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Credits (Hybrid)

We offer two paid products:

Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Studio; monthly or yearly). Each billing cycle grants a monthly allowance of credits as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until canceled.
Credit packs (one-time purchases). Credits from packs are valid for 365 days from purchase and do not renew automatically.

Credits:

Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service; they are not money, have no cash value, and are not a deposit.
Subscription credits do not roll over. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
When you cancel a subscription, the subscription stops renewing and any remaining credits for the current paid period remain usable until that period ends, after which they expire.
Credits are consumed first-in-first-out: credits closer to expiry are used first.
Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. Credit refunds are not cash refunds.

5. Billing and Payment

By purchasing a plan or pack, you authorize us to charge your payment method through our payment processor. All payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your card data on our servers.

For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate until the subscription is canceled. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes; applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes are calculated and charged by our payment processor where required.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

6. Refund Policy

Our full refund terms are available on the Refund Policy page. In summary:

New subscriptions: you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not consumed more than 20% of the cycle's credits.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
Service outage: if a paid feature is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours after you report it, you may request proportional credits or a proportional refund.
Credit packs: unconsumed pack credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; consumed credits are non-refundable.
Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.

7. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

Before contacting your bank about a charge, please email billing disputes to support@reimorph.com. We commit to responding within 2 business days and seeking resolution within 5 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.

8. AI Content and Intellectual Property

Your inputs. You retain all rights in the images and prompts you upload or enter. You grant us and our AI model providers a limited, revocable license to process your inputs solely to operate and deliver the Service. We do not use your private images or prompts to train our own models, and your generations are private to your account.
Your outputs. To the extent permitted by law and by the underlying model providers, you own the output images you generate. You are responsible for how you use them.
Third-party models. Output rights may be further limited by the terms of the underlying model providers (for example, some providers restrict certain commercial uses). Availability of a model on the Service does not grant you rights under any third-party trademark.
No accuracy warranty. AI-generated edits may contain artifacts, unintended changes, or inaccurate details. Outputs are provided for creative use and should be reviewed before commercial or professional use.

9. Acceptable Use

9.1 Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You must not use Reimorph to create, request, upload, generate, store, or distribute any of the following six prohibited categories. These rules cover prompts, reference images, and generated outputs, whether or not a reference image is used:

Pornography / NSFW sexual content. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or other NSFW sexual content, including sexual acts, sexualized nudity, and sexual fetish content, is prohibited. This ban applies to adults as well as minors; there is no adult-content or age-verification exception.
Violence / gore. Generating violent or graphic/gory content is prohibited, including torture, mutilation, dismemberment, severe injury, graphic killing, or content that encourages, threatens, glorifies, or instructs violence or terrorism.
Hate speech. Generating hate speech or hateful imagery is prohibited, including attacks, dehumanization, threats, or promotion of discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation. Sexual content involving anyone under 18, any sexualization or sexual exploitation of a minor, and any depiction of child sexual abuse are prohibited, including synthetic or AI-generated material.
Deepfakes / impersonation. Non-consensual deepfakes of identifiable people, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation of real people, professionals, brands, or organizations, and forged identity documents or misleading "official" materials are prohibited.
Copyright / trademark infringement. Content that infringes copyright or trademark rights is prohibited. Do not unlawfully reproduce protected artwork, logos, brand identifiers, or designs, create counterfeit-branded material, or misrepresent an affiliation, endorsement, or authorization. You must have the rights or other lawful authorization required for your inputs and intended use.

Other Prohibited Uses

You also agree not to:

Create, upload, or generate other unlawful content, violate privacy or personal rights, or defame others.
Promote or assist terrorism, genocide, mass violence, or instructions for making weapons of mass destruction.
Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created content in order to deceive others.
Distribute malware, spam, or harass others.
Resell the Service or use it to run competing image-generation services, to systematically scrape or bulk-export content, or to train competing AI models.
Circumvent security controls, rate limits, or credit accounting.

We may remove content, refund or revoke credits, and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Content Review and Enforcement

These restrictions apply to prompts, reference images, generated outputs, and any use or sharing of content through the Service, including image generation with or without reference images where available. We may use automated checks and manual review to identify violations. We may refuse a request, withhold or remove a result, restrict access, or suspend an account where necessary. Automated checks are not perfect; a result being generated does not mean it is permitted under these Terms.

Our current generation workflow checks prompts using Waffo Content Safety before calling a model and reviews generated images using the SeeAPI NSFW filter before delivery. Model-provider safety settings also remain enabled. These checks are not a guarantee that every prohibited category will be detected; suspected violations can be reported for review using the channel below.

9.2 Report Prohibited Content

To report prohibited or potentially unlawful content created or encountered through Reimorph, email support@reimorph.com with the subject "Reimorph content report". You do not need a Reimorph account to report a concern.

Where available, include the Reimorph page URL or generation/task ID, the approximate date and time, the reason for your report, and your contact email if you want a reply. Share only information necessary to locate and assess the content. Do not attach or resend illegal material, sexual content involving minors, passwords, payment details, or private images of other people. If sending a screenshot could expose such material, provide the task ID or URL and a description instead.

We review reports through our support channel and may request limited additional information. If a violation is established, we may block or remove the content and restrict or suspend the responsible account as appropriate. If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, you may use the same email address to request a review. Reports and related personal information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. This channel is not an emergency service; for an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact the appropriate local emergency authority.

10. Data, Privacy, and Security

Our collection and handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is never stored on our servers. If you cancel your account, your private images and generation history are deleted from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for accounting or legal obligations.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, with a refund of unused subscription time where termination is not for your breach. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing support@reimorph.com; deleting your account does not affect charges already incurred.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support@reimorph.com. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Singapore. Nothing here limits applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

14. General Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
